Please read these terms carefully before you use Scanify — staff login, licenses, PINs, or the scanner download.
1. Introduction
By using Scanify (the website, Discord bot, and ScanifyCheck.exe), you agree to these Terms. The product helps licensed staff run PIN-based PC integrity checks for FiveM communities — so servers can review suspicious activity with less guesswork.
Please read this page before you log in, buy or receive a license, generate PINs, or download the scanner. We may update these Terms when the product changes. If you keep using Scanify after an update, that counts as acceptance of the new version.
2. License terms
A staff license (or Enterprise seat) is personal, non-transferable, and tied to your Discord account. You may use it only for legitimate server-staff checks. “Lifetime” means for as long as Scanify continues to operate this product — not a guarantee if the project shuts down or is rebuilt.
Sharing, renting, reselling, or pooling licenses is forbidden. Doing so can end your access immediately, without refund.
3. Payments
Fees you pay for Scanify access are final and non-refundable, unless the owner explicitly says otherwise in writing. Prices and offers can change; a promo does not change terms of a license you already hold.
Checkout is handled by third-party processors. We do not keep full payment card data on Scanify servers.
4. Usage rules
Do not reverse engineer, crack, patch, redistribute, or bypass ScanifyCheck.exe, the site, or license checks. Do not use the tool for harassment, doxing, theft, or any illegal purpose.
Only scan PCs when you have a proper staff reason and the player is going through your server’s check process. Abuse of PINs or downloads can lead to bans and license loss.
5. Data we process
Staff sign-in uses Discord identity (ID, username, avatar) so we can attach licenses, PINs, and bans. Scan reports may include system artefacts needed for integrity review (processes, DNS, Prefetch/BAM, files, Discord traces, matched signatures, and similar).
That data is used to run checks and protect communities — not for ads. Details live in our Privacy Policy.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate licenses, Enterprise seats, or Discord-linked access at our discretion — including for fraud, reverse engineering, PIN abuse, or other breaches — with or without prior notice.
If access ends because you broke these Terms, you are not owed a refund. Temporary downtime for maintenance or investigations can also happen.
7. Self-check abuse
Staff must not use Scanify to “self-clean” or stage fake results on their own machines in order to game the system. Repeated or clear self-check abuse can lead to a permanent ban and loss of license with no refund.
8. Result visibility
By default, scan reports belong to the staff who created the PIN (plus the owner / Enterprise managers where applicable). Staff may mark a PIN result public inside the dashboard so other licensed staff can review it.
Public views are meant for community protection workflows. They may show verdict and signature hits; they are not meant to dump raw personal file paths to the open internet. If you disagree with how your server handles visibility, do not run or request a check.
9. Disclaimer
Scanify is provided “as is.” Detections can miss cheats or flag false positives. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or perfect accuracy. Staff decisions based on a report remain your responsibility.
10. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the full agreement for Scanify and replace earlier informal understandings about the service. If one clause is invalid, the rest still apply. Not enforcing a rule once does not waive it forever.
